biography
For the past 15 years I have devoted my life to a career in personal fitness. I know many people who do personal training on the side after their day jobs or as a way to make a little extra money. Not me. This is what I do. It is who I am and it is my passion. Since 1992 I have focused all of my time and energy on staying on top of this ever-changing field and absorbing as much information and knowledge as possible.

Fitness, to me, is more than just a great looking body. It is a feeling of strength, vitality and confidence that comes with being in the best shape of your life. It means working with my clients to identify the changes they want to make in themselves and providing them with the knowledge, the emotional space and support to make those changes happen.
